James Sutton is an actor, writer, speaker, and creator best known for playing John Paul McQueen in Channel 4's Hollyoaks across two decades. Since leaving the show at the beginning of the year, he has created Protocol - a behaviour-first platform exploring identity, reliability, and change, and launched on SUBS.com, where he has been putting his fitness work to considerably better use.
